Views of Selected RDA Functions
The RDA Toolkit will feature a number of access points for the RDA instructions. Below is a view from the Entity Relationship Diagram, showing Manifestation.

The Schema Dictionary will be organized around the RDA Elements. The listing for an element will include the Definition, Related Vocabularies, Related Instructions. It will also provide links to the Registry entry for the element, Schemas that use it, and user-generated content where it appears, such as Workflows, Mappings, and Complete Examples. Below are a couple of views of the Carrier Type listing. You can link to the Schema Dictionary from the Entity Relationship Diagram

You can navigate from the Schema Dictionary to the RDA text to see a specific instruction in its context.

RDA will feature schemas which will be freely downloadable. The schemas are record templates of sorts, expressing the data structure for a record as an .xsd file, importable to any XML Editor. While cataloging workflows may rely on traditional cataloging modules in library systems, the schemas enable the flexibility of working in off-the-shelf XML editors, allowing innovators to experiment with sample RDA records. The schema may also give ILS developers a head start in developing forms.
Below shows the Core schema as shown in the XML editor Oxygen.
In XML editors that support it, the schema will include a display of controlled vocabulary with definitions.
